Enjoy a 5 course seasonally inspired Gourmet dinner. Each course paired with renowned French and American Wines.
This exquisite dining experience will be created and crafted by Chefs Roy Breiman and Mark Bodinet. Roy is currently Chef and Culinary Director of Copperleaf Restaurant at Cedarbrook Lodge. His prior culinary experience includes positions at Michelin-starred restaurants including Les Trois Marches in Versailles, La Bourride in Caen, and most recently, at the Michelin 3 star restaurant Meadowood in Napa Valley. Joining Chef Roy will be Mark Bodinet, the Executive Chef at Copperleaf, who has an equally stellar career coming directly from 5 years of culinary immersion at the world famous French Laundry.
Each course for this superb dinner will be served with a pair of exemplary French and rated American wines allowing for comparison by all dinner guests. A noted example of wines to be served that evening includes a 2002 Chateau Pichon Longueville, matched to America’s first 100 point wine, the 2002 Quilceda Creek Cabernet Sauvignon.
Each guest will receive a signed copy of Chef Roy’s recently released book “Wine Country Chefs Table.”
